The company carried out training of equipment maintenance
With the increasing development scale of the company, company’s CNC lathes are constantly upgraded. At the same time, the number of EMAG and Mazak automatic production lines is increased year by year. Holding the corporate culture "Work in Longcheng, Learn in Longcheng and Grow in Longcheng", in order to further enhance the management and maintenance level of automated production lines for relevant personnel, the company invited the Electrical and Mechanical College to jointly launch special training of machine maintenance.

Longcheng Mid-level Leadership Model Training" was successfully held
On 20th of April, under the well organization and coordination of Human Resources Department, half-day Mid-level Leadership Model Training of Longcheng was held in Taihu Bay Kaiyuan Hotel. Nearly 30 middle-level leaders all participated in the training which was given by the Deputy General Manager Wang Ling.

Longcheng carried out series training of EHS
Combined with the company’s development requirements, System and Human Resources Department carried out a series of EHS training in 2013. On 6th of July, 2013, the company continued to held the EHS series training of security technology of unarmed carrying. Totally 39 employees participated in this training including employees from various departments, workshops, as well as the warehouse or equipment department. Trainers are all from German TUV which is the long-term cooperation institution of Longcheng.
7月6日,培訓室里座無虛席,大家都準時來到了培訓室。在授課期間,楊老師針對徒手搬運舉了各式各樣的例子來講解課程,使原本嚴肅的課題變得豐富多彩,他不時與員工們互動,提出問題,讓員工們解答,課堂氣氛嚴肅而不失活躍,完成理論課程收老師講所有學員劃分小組完成課題,讓參加培訓的學員更好的融入到學習中來,學員們積極分析,認真答題,展現了龍城員工的面貌和風采。培訓是一個豐富多彩的過程,員工們始終保持積極性,全程參與,積極分享,老師專業專注也使大家受益匪淺。

Talent Development - to provide the power for company's development

數控中高級工技能鑒定,打造數控技能精英隊伍。高技能操作人才作為公司持續發展的一支重要力量,在公司快速建設的進程中具有不可替代的作用。
第五期數控中高級工培訓即將落幕,按照計劃將于8月26日進行考試。此次培訓班共有24名學員,其中數控車間20名,轉子車間4名。此次培訓班的開展將再次成功地為數控車間和轉子車間輸送了一批技術能手。日前,通過技能培訓獲得中級技能鑒定的員工達到了30余人,獲得高級技能鑒定的員工達到了68人,獲得技師資格的有16人。數控技能鑒定已經成為公司每年的“必修課”之一,也為車間管理人員的選拔提供了窗口,數控車間的主任及線長,無一不是參加培訓的受益者。公司還將計劃針對其他崗位進行技能鑒定培訓,力爭造就一支目標明確、合作愉快、技術嫻熟的大團隊。
艾瑪克維護保養培訓,適應公司發展新趨勢。隨著公司的戰略規劃和轉型升級,自動化生產線的隊伍越來越龐大,截至目前,公司已經擁有52臺艾瑪克,10臺馬扎克,2臺德國拋丸機。尤其是艾瑪克車床,在新車間里一字排開,英姿颯爽,已然成為一道亮麗的風景線。
然而,先進自動化設備的引進,也給我們的維修維護人員帶來了新的挑戰,設備維修人員的技能提升迫在眉睫。為了解決這一問題,一方面公司每年都會選派優秀員工和技術骨干至艾瑪克蘇州工廠進行參觀實訓,今年3月公司選派了設備管理部的史德望和任傳福到艾瑪克蘇州工廠進行了技能提升培訓;另一方面公司積極開發培訓課程,今年5月和常州機電學院再次合作,針對艾瑪克維修維護人員開發設計了一整套課程,請學校老師到公司開展設備維護與保養的專項系列培訓。通過這些培訓的開展來提升維修人員的整體水平,使他們能夠更好地為設備的正常運行保駕護航。
儲備干部競聘,為公司發展提供人才庫。企業為了在激烈的市場競爭中求得發展,必須有中堅管理階層和優秀的人才,除了外聘,企業越來越重視培養自己的管理人才,打造能夠發揮專長的尖兵。為此,企業一般會經過嚴格審慎的招聘程序,甄選出最具潛力的人才,并加以嚴格培訓,充實儲備干部。
本月,公司再次開啟了儲備人員的競聘工作,今年計劃招聘13人,報名工作已經接近尾聲。通過第一批的儲備干部情況來看,當時競聘上的儲備干部總共15人,現已有12人完成了崗位升遷或調動,絕大多數走向了車間一線管理崗位或管理人員崗位,填補了公司的人才缺口。儲備干部工作的積極開展,不僅給員工開通了一個良好的職業發展通道,增加了員工的穩定性,提升員工的工作積極性,也為公司提供了一個自主人才庫,為公司的發展提供了強有力的人才支持。
公司相應的技能培訓和人才開發的方式還有很多,諸如一崗多能、AB級工評選、中層競聘等,都為公司篩選培養出了一大批技術能手或專業技能人員。
“十年樹木,百年樹人”,人才隊伍建設不是一朝一夕的事情,而是一項宏大的系統工作,公司將一如既往地按照“工作在龍城,學習在龍城,成長在龍城” 的理念,進一步建立健全的人才工作制度,加大人才開發選拔工作,為公司的發展提供源動力。
